Donna oversees all business operations including the annual budget, ongoing compliance issues and the operation of all long-range goals. Donna’s leadership has been instrumental in Polycomp’s success and growth as one of the leading, privately-held, third party administrative firms.
Donna has been a part of the Polycomp team for over 30 years. She has held numerous positions since beginning her career with Polycomp. She has administered qualified retirement plans, managed our 401(k) department, and later assumed responsibility for our day-to-day operations as Director of Operations.
Donna holds Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) credentials from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
Donna graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, and received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration through the EMBA Program at California State University, Sacramento.
NaKendra joined Polycomp in 2000. She served as an intern for the company, as an undergraduate, and became a full time employee in 2000. NaKendra is currently serving as the Director of Qualified Plans and manages the compliance leaders. She is responsible for all compliance issues related to qualified plans and ensuring our staff is knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of plan compliance.
NaKendra holds credentials as a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and a Qualified 401(k) Plan Administrator (QKA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
NaKendra graduated Summa Cum Laude from Winston-Salem State University in Winston-Salem, NC, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. She attended graduate school at The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH where she majored in Applied Statistics.
In her spare time, NaKendra likes to spend time with her family and friends, read and sing karaoke.
Chris joined Polycomp in December 2003 as Operations Manager of our San Diego office, overseeing the Pension and Prevailing Wage Benefit departments. Today, Chris focuses on managing and building our Prevailing Wage Benefit business.
He brings with him 19 years experience in the financial services industry. Previous to Polycomp, Chris spent 6 years at Putnam Investments, as Vice President of Retirement Plan Services, in their Advisor Sold Plan Administration group. In addition, he worked for Scudder Funds and Scudder Trust Company for eight years and attained the position of Vice President of Defined Contribution Administration.
Chris graduated Cum Laude from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
