Aaron Karr, Pension Consultant

Aaron Karr has been in the retirement plan industry since 1993.  Since joining Polycomp in 2002, he has personally installed over 120 tax qualified retirement programs using creative plan design.  Programs include 401(k) Profit Sharing Plans, Defined Benefit Plans, Davis Bacon Plans, and Cafeteria Plans.  Prior to joining Polycomp, Aaron worked for Franklin Templeton Investments in their qualified plan department serving in customer service, plan installations, and plan administration.

He has earned his Accredited Pension Administrator designation through the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), and his qualified 401(k) Administrator designation through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).  Aaron is also a former President of the Sacramento Chapter of NIPA and taught over 15 ASPPA courses helping others on the path to earning professional accreditations.

Aaron graduated from California State University Sacramento with a degree in Economics.
