With over 20 years experience in qualified retirement plan administration, Self-directed IRA plan administration, and association trust administration, Harry has been instrumental in Polycomp´s success and growth to become one of the largest privately owned third-party administration companies in the nation.

Harry holds credentials in Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), and Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) from the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA). He graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a B.A. in Mathematics and is a member of ASPPA, NIPA, and ASPPA PAC.
