Natalie D. Vaughn, Vice President and Director of Compliance

 

For more than 20 years, Natalie has administered and designed qualified retirement plans, with an emphasis on defined benefit and all types of new comparability plans. She is responsible for the compliance and development of procedures and policies for all individual retirement accounts, qualified retirement plans, cafeteria plans and trust associations throughout Polycomp´s three offices.

Natalie holds credentials as a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). Natalie was the chairperson of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA) DB curriculum for nine years, a past president of the Sacramento Chapter of NIPA, a frequent speaker on pension topics, committee member for the 2005 and 2006 NIPA Annual Conference and a past instructor of the American Society of Pension Actuaries semester long classes.  She was the instructor of ASPPA’s 2006 and 2007 RPF-1 webcourse.  She was also the recipient of NIPA’s 2005 Excellence in Education award.  She is currently the chairperson for ASPPA’s Education and Examination Publications Subcommittee and the chairperson of NIPA’s APA Part 3 curriculum on distributions.
