Pamela Constantino, Co-Owner, President and COO

As President and COO, Pam is responsible for the operations of over 3,000 qualified retirement plans, over 3,000 self-directed IRAs, and a professional staff of over 100 employees. She has more than 25 years experience in the retirement plans industry.

Pam holds credentials as a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). She graduated from University of California Berkeley with a BA in Political Economics, and received her MBA from California State University, San Francisco. She has been an instructor of ASPPA semester long courses, and a guest speaker at various private colleges, employee benefit groups, financial planning organizations and CPA societies. Pam also serves on the Boards of the Retirement Industry Trust Association and the Placer Community Foundation.
